The 2007-2008 NSA Central Florida Speaker's Academy is coming to a close. Over the last 10 months we have crossed many bridges and created many paths. During our May meeting, we agreed that perhaps one of the best ways to say "thank you" would be through the use of technology.
Why? If we create "Thank You's" in the form of a Blog, we will be helping to support our fellow Chapter Members by leaving our testimonials and appreciation of the expertise for all to see. We hope this serves as a positive link to the great work being done by our professional speakers.

Kathy, You poured everything you had into this academy and it showed! I still remember the phone conversation about the academy if I should join and I am glad I did. I met some great people and discovered my niche. Your speaking career will take off I know it! You are very patient in knowing your priorities are with your son and husband. You are a special person.
Hardy, Thank you for supporting and backing up Kathy in all that she does. You came early and would leave late. Your service to our academy was excellent. The way you have attacked your speaking career is outstanding. Keep it up and I'll soon be seeing you on t.v!
Kathy, the work that goes into the preparation of a program like the Academy is beyond the understanding of most people. But, we members of this year's Academy have seen the results of your work and dedication and, speaking for everyone, we appreciate it. Your dedication to your students and concern for their well-being is demonstrated in all that you do; every question you ask; every suggestion and comment that you offer.
Hardy, I can't begin to thank you enough for showing me how the art of self promotion is as simple as "letting your light shine" so that those who choose to look for it can see it; that promotion need not appear to be bragging. Your leadership style is "quiet leadership" but all that you do speaks far louder than words ever could!
To all of my fellow "Academecians", thank you for your participation, support and encouragement. Each of you, in your own way, has made this year's Academy experience most memorable and I thank you from the bottom of my heart!
